I'm based at Wrexham in North Wales. I do free seminars locally and in South Wales and private consultations at my home.

A private consultation lasts about an hour and a half and explores how normalising your breathing would reduce your symptoms and the medication you need to take.

The course price entitles you to a year's tuition. A minimum attendance of 5 sessions, each of an hour and a half, is required. Telephone counselling is included in the price.
