Courses

The standard course is taught over 3 weekly lessons, each lasting about two and a half hours. Homework is given to practise during the next week. Telephone or e-mail support is available throughout. The maximum number of attendees is 5 so booking is essential.

More intensive individual courses presented over 5 days are available if required.

A free 15 minute consultation, either in person or by telephone, is available prior to either course and is strongly recommended. Please e-mail to arrange this so that time can be set aside for you.

Both courses are guaranteed to improve your breathing. With both courses support and 2 refresher courses are available free during the first 12 months.
