Sheila Bytheway (ex district nurse and health visitor): After 30 years of coughing, very little coughing, feeling much healthier, sleeping better, symptom free. All my social events over Christmas and New Year were virtually cough free and I am really delighted with that. I feel very good about being in control. So glad I found you and Buteyko!
Charlie Baah: I feel the best ever! I've gone from taking Franol, Bricanyl, Oxis, Pulmicort, Prednisolone, Phyllocontin and a nebuliser to just Pulmicort in a month!! And I feel great.
Megan - aged 6: Megan has not had any breathing difficulties since we did the course with you. So she has made it through the winter. Megan has been discharged from the asthma clinic at the hospital. They saw her regularly over the winter and they have said she can stop using the steroid inhaler. Fiona (Megan's mum).
Luke - aged 9: Thank you for helping me get rid of my asthma. I feel brilliant now thanks to you.
Nicky - aged 12: It's been tremendous. I still can't believe how much it has really helped him. He only used to last for about 10 minutes of a football match before coming off for his medication, but on Saturday he played a full match and scored the winning goal. Gavin Tennant: I have had no problems with oxygen hunger and the morning cough is much better. The training is going well too. (June 2007)
It has been over a year without Salbutamol or Ventolin. I've not taken either since we first met and it's been since October 2007 that I last used the reduced dose Becotide. I can't tell you what a difference your help has made. (May 2008)
